With all the fine dust and dirt, most of which is caused by countless construction sites, you could actually wash your vehicle every day. Although cleaning at petrol stations and car washes is quite inexpensive, it is rarely professional. Unfortunately, cleaning is often done incorrectly, so micro-scratches are the norm after washing. Bird and bat droppings, salty sea air and strong sunlight then finish off the paintwork.
All this can be avoided with a ceramic sealant from KAIKA TECH.
We love your vehicle! For us, there is hardly anything more beautiful than a well-maintained, shiny and clean vehicle that can be cared for with minimal effort.
Main reasons for ceramic sealing:
In summary, investing in our ceramic coating is particularly worthwhile for those who want to protect their vehicle optimally and in the long term and minimise the amount of care required.
Our quality is first-class. You receive a 2-year warranty on the coating and a certificate from us.
Yachts and boats are exposed to extreme conditions and therefore require regular, intensive and costly maintenance.
We protect your ‘sea pearl’ with the right sealant.
Sealing yachts and boats with our special marine ceramic sealant is particularly advantageous, as watercraft are exposed to extremely harsh and corrosive environmental conditions, especially salt water and intense UV radiation.
Reasons and advantages of our boat and yacht sealant
Sealing offers specific advantages in the maritime sector that go beyond mere aesthetics:
Important note: Sealing and antifouling
It is important to note that ceramic sealing is usually applied above the waterline (on the hull, deck and superstructure) to protect the paint, wood or gelcoat.
The underwater hull, which is constantly in contact with water, still requires a special antifouling treatment. Antifouling contains biocides that actively prevent the growth of organisms, which is a different function to the protective layer provided by ceramic sealing. The combination of both will delight your sailor's heart for years to come.
When ceramic coating is applied to aircraft, it offers similar advantages to those seen on cars or boats, but with some specific aeronautical aspects. Our technology is used in both the private and commercial sectors.
Why aircraft are ceramic coated.
The main advantages of our ceramic coating on aircraft are efficiency, protection and maintenance:
Areas of application on aircraft
Our sealant is typically applied to the painted surfaces of the fuselage, wings, tail and sometimes even the windows (special flexible coatings). It is suitable for business jets, private aircraft and, in some cases, specific areas of large aircraft.
Conclusion
Our ceramic sealant is an investment that reduces maintenance costs, protects the appearance and, in some circumstances, can offer minor operational advantages (fuel efficiency through reduced drag). The products we use are specially formulated for the high demands of the aviation industry to ensure adhesion and durability under extreme conditions.
A ceramic coating for a motorhome or caravan (camper van) is a very sensible investment that offers great advantages, especially for larger vehicles that are difficult to maintain.
The process and benefits are similar to those for cars, but are tailored to the specific materials (often GRP/fibreglass, aluminium or painted sheet metal) and size of the motorhome.
Advantages of ceramic sealing for motorhomes or caravans:
The sealant makes the tedious maintenance of large surfaces much easier:
Important information for use on motorhomes
Preparation is everything: As with any vehicle, preparing the surface is crucial. The motorhome must be extremely clean before sealing, free of waxes and grease and, if necessary, polished to remove scratches. GRP surfaces often require intensive basic cleaning to stop further chalking and slow down the chalking process, which also occurs from the inside (GRP also chalks from the inside).
Material compatibility: We have special ceramic products for different surfaces (painted metal, gelcoat/GRP, plastics, windows). It is important to ensure that the right product is used.
Size and effort: Due to the sheer size of a motorhome, doing it yourself is a big project that requires a lot of time, space (ideally covered) and care. That's why over 3,000 customers have already decided to hire us to do it for them.
